“My clinic specializes in general orthopedics, as well as patients with complex pain syndromes. I provide "one on one" care with an emphasis on manual treatment progressing to personalized exercise programs. Movement evaluation, gait analysis, postural training, work ergonomics, biomechanical assessment and home management are all part of our ongoing rehabilitation program designed to return patients to their maximum level of functioning. In my clinic, staffed by highly trained physical therapists with many years of experience,including therapists who have worked extensively with injured athletes as well as those with years of experience as Pediatric physical therapists.

I utilize Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Functional Techniques, Craniosacral Methods, Neural Mobilization, as well as Core Stabilization and generalized strengthening and stretching. I pride myself in providing a supportive and nurturing environment.”
