“As an Integrative Manual Therapist (IMT), I use my hands to diagnose and treat my patients by feeling the body's rhythms and movements. While traditional medicine and therapy tend to focus on the symptoms of the pain, I focus on the cause. When patients see a traditional doctor for back pain, they might be put on a stretching and strengthening program. I, on the other hand, may find that the cause stems from non-obvious sources. I would then address the pain accordingly. I'm happy to answer any questions for any potential clients regarding my techniques.
IMT provides clients with a gentle, yet profound, hands-on approach to better health. It incorporates a unique set of techniques and methodologies to address pain, dysfunction, disease and disability. IMT aims to uncover the source of the problem to reduce and oftentimes eliminate the pain.
I offer patients one-on-one caring and individualized service in a relaxing and nurturing environment. I'm an experienced licensed physical therapist who worked for many years in orthopedic settings. I continue to study the latest manual therapy techniques and procedures.”
